I've just received a link to this news.
What the hell was this woman expecting? Her money back?
I mean, if you put a contract on someone, the last thing you'd be expected to do is to go to the police and complain your hired gun has missed.
Of course this also goes to show that if you really want something done right you'd better do it yourself. Nowadays professionals simply aren't what they used to be!

this reminds me of how some lady tried to sue a company because her contraceptive jelly did not work. when the company asked her how she used it... lady said:
"well, i just spread it on some toast and ate it for breakfast"
