Dire Days Are Coming

The world is coming to an end!!!
Guess some decades ago this would be the thought among many people. Come to think about it maybe some wackos will say it on Monday just the same.
What the hell am I blabering about? The annular solar eclipse on Monday the 3rd of October.
You can get detailed info on the NASA website.
What importance do eclipses have in scientific terms? The answer to this one can be found in ESA’s website.
All those in the area where the eclipse can be seen shouldn't forget that eye safety comes first.

PS: This animation shows the path, check it to see whether you can get a glimpse of this eclipse.

No phoenix. Southern Europe, North Africa, Southern Indian Ocean and I think that is about it.

isa, isae: Life is too short to drink bad stuff!

GG: There is that feeling that something is wrong, no matter if we know what is happening. It's strange, but it seems something deep in us says it is not natural to be dark in the daytime. Do you get that too?

lisa: Nope. Although some people nowadays do Halloween parties here, we have no Halloween traditions.
