Who says I don't like cats?!
Some people, somehow, have this weird idea I hate cats just because I love dogs.
This ended up turning into a series of e-mails trying to convert me into a 'cat loving' person. Well, people who know me usually also know that trying to persuade me with spam means entering the limbo of my blacklist, meaning no more mails from that person, ever.
But the annoying bit is still around. Of course those persons proved to have an absolute lack of good judgment, namely they completely failed to understand the fact that being friends to friends of mine didn't actually made them friends of mine, thus they couldn't expect me to put up with their mails like I could if we were actually friends.
On second thought none of my friends would spam my mail account that way. And all my friends know I love animals.
I guess what really gets me mad is people that try to convert me, in any sense.
I try to respect other peoples opinions, even when I do not agree, something that happens a lot. I have my own ideas, I can think for myself, thank you.
I may be pig headed at times. Ok, ok, I am pig headed most of the time... But given all the facts I can judge on my own, and at times I change my stand. Everybody has the right of pointing some new way to me, but nobody has the right to try and force me into a different path, especially someone that is not even smart enough to realize I am already in that path!

Same here. I'm a cat lover so the majority by default assumes I'm a dog hater.
I have the opposite problem. I have a cat, so everyone assumes I am a cat lover. The truth is, we are a dog loving family, but we are gone too much to keep one happy (and have too much respect for dogs to let them be alone all the time). Don't get me wrong. I love my cat and we have a good give and take. I let her sit on my lap and she keeps me warm on cold nights. Give and take. But as for being a cat lover, not really.
nice pooch
Haha, ever noticed that the minute you say you don't like something there are scores of people who make it their duty to 'convert' you to their way of thinking?
Right, but I already have enough bibles, no need to buy more!
