Post update

Almost a year ago I've made a post about Rómulo de Carvalho. In that post I had mentioned a music, but back then I didn't have a way to post that music here.
Today as I was listening to that music I recalled the post and decided to share the tune with you all. Hope you enjoy it.

fiquei sem palavras, fiquei comovida, fiquei quase a chorar. It was simply beautiful. The lyrics are amazing! And once again i had never heard it and never heard of Carvalho. I will have to go and do some research now.
But listening to the song, all of a sudden i had this tremendous saudade of Portugal. I have downloaded it, and will listen to it often, when i am blue, so that i can be remembered that: "eles não sabem nem sonham que o sonho comanda a vida".

better-half just listened to the song and his comment was: "the day you stop dreaming: you die"!

Very nice. My parents listend to a lot of Portugeuse and Brasilian music when I was a kid, I loved it then and now.

vesparosso: Glad you did.

coffee addict: Sometimes it seems that Portuguese people who live abroad treasure even more every little bit of homeland they can get. I agree, when you stop dreaming you're dead.

cream: No wonder, you'll always be a dreamer too. ;)

bent: Don't thank me, there's little merit in translating it. :)

christine: :)

phoenix: I wonder... living in the US, where so many people can understand Spanish, having listened to Portuguese and Brazillian music... you probably can understand at least some bits of Portuguese, no?
